Coldwell Banker Advantage Proud To Announce Anna Duck As BIC Of Clayton Sales Office

Coldwell Banker Advantage is honored to name Anna Duck as the Broker In Charge for its Clayton real estate sales office. This comes following the former Clayton office Broker In Charge, Denise Pilkingtons, move to manage the new Coldwell Banker Advantage Smithfield office that opened last month.

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Duck brings years of hands-on knowledge and experience to her agents.  She believes we are always learning in this business.  For newer agents, Anna will help guide them through the Coldwelll Banker Advantage Climb (training) program and give real life opportunities to help them build their business.  For experienced agents, she will help navigate the most complex of transactions, assist agents with understanding the changing market, and utilize the many tools that CBA offers.  

Duck is also a lifelong resident of Johnston County and knows the market and the area.  She enjoys being active in her community and encourages her agents to as well.  She knows that being involved in your community allows you to make a positive difference and is also a great way to get to meet people and expand your SOP (Sphere of Influence.)
