Kevin Jay, Coldwell Banker Advantage President of the Triad and High Point Office Manager, was invited to participate as a panelist at the recent Triad Business Journal Spotlight on High Point event at Congdon Yards. The topic of discussion: economic development and growth. 

Part of the conversation was CBA's partnership with the City of High Point through their Targeted Downtown incentives policy and the job attraction it has proven to be. Since being at the new Bedrock Building located immediately next to the High Point Rockets stadium and the Stock & Grain Food Hall, CBA agents and recruits are breathing new air!

"We are excited about the growth we are seeing in the city of High Point, and being positioned in the middle of it all, figuratively and literally, is not only invigorating but also contagious," said Kevin.
