Posted: October 28, 2025 by Elsa Woods
We are thrilled to share a significant and exciting update for our Kernersville office and the entire CBA family. Please join us in giving a massive congratulations to Danielle Giles, who will be stepping into the role of Manager and Broker-In-Charge for our Kernersville location!
A Smooth Transition
Danielle will be taking the reins from the incredible Sunni Lauten, who is beginning a well-deserved transition into partial retirement. We are immensely grateful to Sunni for her dedicated leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to her agents and the company. Her contributions have been invaluable, and we wish her all the best in this wonderful new chapter!
To ensure a seamless and supportive handover, Sunni and Danielle will be working closely together side-by-side through the end of the year.
Meet Danielle Giles
Danielle has been an integral part of the CBA family since she became licensed in 2022. In that time, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication, a natural talent for leadership, and a deep-seated commitment to her colleagues and community.
Her drive and expertise have been recognized not just within our walls but by the entire Triad real estate community. Danielle is a shining example of leadership in action:
- *2026 President of the Women's Council of REALTOR® Carolina Dogwood network located in the Triad
- *Inducted as the Director of Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® in 2023 for a 3-year term
- *A passionate community volunteer, heavily involved with groups like the Alzheimer's Association
A Passion for People and Property
The NC Triad is more than just a market for Danielle; it's home. With roots in Lexington, she chose to settle in Winston-Salem in 2008 and has been deeply connected to the community ever since.
Real estate is a true passion for Danielle. She masterfully combines this passion with a strong background in Banking and Finance, providing a unique and powerful advantage to the clients and families she serves. She consistently leverages her know-how and experience to exceed expectations.
Beyond her professional life, Danielle’s commitment to service is evident. She has served on numerous local nonprofit and charity organizations and loves being part of diverse community events. When she isn’t in the office or volunteering, she enjoys gardening (both at home and at the community garden) and spending quality time with her family and friends.
We are incredibly excited to see the energy, vision, and supportive leadership Danielle will bring to the Kernersville office.
Please join us in celebrating Danielle's new role and thanking Sunni for her outstanding service!
