Tracie Panko Named 2025 Rookie of the Year by Roanoke Valley Lake Gaston Board of Realtors®

This year, the Roanoke Valley Lake Gaston Board of Realtors officially named Tracie Panko of Coldwell Banker Advantage their 2025 Rookie of the Year. Tracie found the freedom to grow at CBA, allowing her to make an impact that goes far beyond the title of a newcomer. As Association Executive Chris Triepke noted, Tracie didn’t just enter the market; she "hit the ground running," becoming a true asset to the profession by prioritizing ethics and putting her clients first.

But for Tracie, this award isn't about sales volume—it’s about the art of listening.

"Building and cultivating relationships has been the foundation of my success," Tracie says. Whether she is guiding a family in the Raleigh-Durham area or helping a couple find a retreat on Lake Gaston, her philosophy remains simple yet profound: she wants to know your vision. To Tracie, a closing table isn't the end of a transaction; it is the fulfillment of a commitment.

From her own "forever home" on Lake Gaston, Tracie possesses first-hand knowledge of life on the water. She knows the best coves for a quiet morning coffee and the most sought-after communities locals call home. When she isn't advocating for her clients, she is soaking up that very lifestyle with her husband, Tim, and their two amazing sons, Landon and Jaxson—cooking, watching football, and making memories on the water.

Tracie Panko’s journey to Rookie of the Year proves that when you combine passion, honesty, and a genuine love for your community, success is inevitable. The training and support she receives at CBA set the trajectory of her growth from the very start, empowering her to turn her own love for the "lake life" into a blueprint for her clients’ dreams and ensuring that every family she helps finds the perfect place to build their own memories.
