The Mega 1000 Report ranks the top 1000 residential real estate brokerages in the nation and CBA made the top of the list!

We continue to gain recognition as one of the largest real estate firms in the nation! This time it's the Swanepoel Mega 1000 created by top industry observer Stefan Swanepoel.

This report looks at real estate brokerages in a comprehensive view taking into account sales volume, transaction sides, and agent count as a measure of overall strength in the market.

The report ranked Coldwell Banker Advantage as 51st out of 1000 in the nation with our amazing combined sales volume of more than $3.64 billion, our 16,000 transaction sides, and our over 1,400 real estate agents in 2018.
